AHL, as a Not-for-Profit Community organisation, are committed to using every resource available to us to increase the supply of Community Housing for our region. This includes repurposing and redeveloping existing assets we own.

With the recent release of the City of Albany’s call for comment period prior to our planning application being escalated to the Joint Development Assessment Panel and the subsequent media coverage, we feel it is important to provide a clarifying statement in an effort to prevent misconceptions and misinformation about AHL.
