Our last strategic plan successfully focussed on laying the foundations for housing growth, while maintaining high-quality services for our tenants.

Our new strategic plan is about delivering on our full potential.

The 2025 Strategic Plan includes a refreshed vision and values, with a renewed focus to:

• Expand housing supply
• Provide high quality homes and tenancy services
• Strengthen core capabilities
• Grow our people
• Help shape the future
• Champion sustainable and clever designs

As an organisation, we remain committed to leading the affordable housing discussion for the Great Southern and regional WA. We will also advocate for innovative supply and funding models to support better community outcomes.
